Hayley Goodchild – Operations Director

Hayley has never been one to follow the crowd. A self-confessed tomboy with a healthy dose of feminine fire, she has built a successful career by breaking down barriers in traditionally male-dominated industries and proving that great leadership isn’t about fitting into a mould—it’s about creating your own.

As an Operations Director, Hayley thrives in fast-paced environments and leads from the front with determination, resilience, and a strong commitment to achieving the highest standards. She sees every challenge as an opportunity to learn, improve, and drive positive change, working alongside her team to create a culture where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed.

Her approach is straightforward: quality matters, customer service is everything, and “good enough” is rarely enough. Hayley believes that exceptional results come from hard work, accountability, consistency, and a willingness to keep raising the bar. She is passionate about helping people reach their potential and takes pride in building teams that share ambition, trust, and a collective drive for excellence.

Jon Stanway – Sales Manager

If you’ve met Jon, chances are he’s already built a connection before he’s even taken his coat off. A natural people person with a calm and steady manner, he enjoys identifying new opportunities in the glazing sector and tackling challenges without breaking a sweat.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, children, and two chihuahuas who seem convinced they run the household. A keen cyclist and gym-goer, Jon is also known for the occasional dad joke—whether people asked for one or not. Reliable, honest, and always happy to meet new people, he brings energy and authenticity to both his professional and personal life.

Michael Griffiths – National Sales Manager

With more than 40 years in the fenestration industry, Michael has seen plenty of change, but one thing that has never changed is his passion for the sector. Throughout his career, he’s enjoyed building strong relationships, solving challenges, and working alongside great people. For him, the industry has always been about more than just products and projects—it’s about the people, the opportunities, and the satisfaction that comes from sharing decades of knowledge and experience.

Outside of work, he’s a devoted family man, happily married with two grown-up children who continue to be a source of pride, laughter, and support. Family and friendships play a big role in his life, and he values spending quality time with the people who matter most.

A keen outdoor enthusiast, Michael enjoys getting out whenever he can, particularly for a long hike in the fresh air. Many of those adventures are shared with his Boston Terrier, Otis, who is always ready to explore a new route or accompany him on a walk along the local canals.

He’s also a lifelong supporter of Manchester United, a loyalty that has brought plenty of unforgettable moments, lively debates, and more than a few emotional rollercoasters over the years.

These days, he considers himself fortunate to still be doing work he genuinely enjoys while making the most of life outside the office. Whether he’s helping customers, spending time with family and friends, travelling, following the football, or heading off on another walk with Otis, Michael approaches life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a healthy sense of humour.

Tom Hurst – Internal Sales

Tom has spent the last four years building a broad range of experience within the window and door industry, getting involved in almost every aspect of the business along the way. From sales and customer support to surveying, training, marketing, logistics, and product development, he has developed a reputation as someone who can turn his hand to just about anything. If there’s a challenge to tackle or a job that needs doing, Tom is usually happy to get stuck in.

Currently working in internal sales, Tom enjoys helping customers find the right solutions for their projects while supporting colleagues with technical advice, product knowledge, and day-to-day problem-solving. His varied experience across the business gives him a practical understanding of both customer needs and the products that help bring projects to life.

Around the office, Tom is also known for another important responsibility—being the team’s unofficial Chief Brew Maker, a title he takes very seriously and one that keeps both customers and colleagues fuelled throughout the day.

Away from work, Tom enjoys staying active through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, and regular gym sessions. When he’s not training, you’ll usually find him spending time with family and friends, tackling the latest DIY project, or planning his next adventure. In fact, he’s known for organising month-long holidays before he’s even unpacked from the last one—much to Hayley’s amusement.

Friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, Tom enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and supporting customers throughout their journey. He takes pride in being part of an industry that creates products people use and enjoy every day, and he looks forward to continuing to grow his knowledge and experience within the sector.

Olivia Thorley – Internal Sales

At 22, Olivia brings plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to the team. With a naturally bubbly personality and a talent for making people feel welcome, she can strike up a conversation with just about anyone. Whether she’s helping a customer, supporting a colleague, or chatting to someone who’s simply wandered into her orbit, Olivia’s friendly and approachable nature is never far away.

As a Sales Assistant, she enjoys working with customers, answering questions, and helping people find the right solutions for their needs. Her enthusiasm for meeting new people and building relationships makes her a valued part of the team and someone customers always enjoy dealing with.

Around the office, however, Olivia is known for more than just her sales skills. She has earned a reputation as the team’s unofficial tea and coffee specialist, keeping colleagues fuelled and spirits high throughout the day. In fact, there’s an ongoing debate about whether she’s a Sales Assistant who makes excellent drinks or a talented barista who occasionally helps with sales. So far, no one has been able to reach a verdict.

Olivia’s positive attitude, sense of humour, and willingness to help wherever needed make her a popular member of the team. Whether you need advice, a friendly chat, or a perfectly timed cup of tea, she’s always happy to lend a hand and brighten someone’s day.
