Many of KAT’s 75 employees have completed 5 and 10 years’ service, with 2 employees working beyond retirement age. Members of staff who leave, often return a few years later understanding that KAT is an employer who values its workforce whilst striving to provide customer service and support to customers.
KAT is the only UK Manufacturer of door and window systems in all 3 major materials, Aluminium, PVCu and Timber. We have a dedicated fleet of vehicles comprising 6 large 8.5 tonne FAME vehicles for national and 3 small fleet vehicles for local distribution.
