KAT Aluminium Entrance Doors
Of our existing comprehensive product range, at FIT we will showcase the recently launched aluminium entrance door, a superior alternative for the trade that comes with the standard KAT ten-year guarantee and provides impregnable security and excellent thermal values. We recognise the increasing demand from our customers for complementary aluminium front doors, and we are excited to demonstrate the quality of ours at the exhibition.
New partnership for KAT
We have also deliberately held onto our latest news until FIT and we are very excited to reveal a new partnership for KAT that will reinforce our objectives for the future supply of aluminium doors and windows, my lips are sealed until you visit stand C50 in Hall 6 from the 23rd May!
Underpinning these exciting launches is a significant 12-month period at KAT, during which our production facilities doubled as did our service provision. Investment in our Cheshire site, including a new factory dedicated to aluminium production and an additional shift line, confirmed KAT to be a highly reliable and superior quality manufacturer for customers across the UK and Ireland.
Commercial doors and windows manufactured in the UK
As our first public outing since acquiring Ayrshire Shopfronts (now trading as Ayrshire Aluminium), we anticipate progressive conversations with further commercial sector customers too. This recent business expansion brings a third strategic base for KAT, with existing sites in Sussex and Cheshire and now in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire. With mutually strong reputations in our respective sectors, we now have the most comprehensive range to offer our loyal and prospective customers, backed up by our unique service fulfilment offer. By increasing our involvement in the commercial sector we can pass on the benefits of commercial doors and windows to our existing partners with immediate effect.
Aluminium doors and windows in seven colours from stock
We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand, to reiterate the customer service promise that remains unrivalled in the UK. As part of our production, facility and team growth, we have been able to commit to a two-week ‘order to delivery’ provision, seven colours from stock including dual colours, and a 10-year guarantee across all our aluminium products.

We will revisit FIT as the first and ongoing UK trade partner of Schüco, manufacturing the world-leading brand’s aluminium products in the trade residential sector, making our product collections some of the most comprehensive. We are confident we can assist all requirements and FIT is the ideal event to extend our relations with the trade.
Our focus at FIT is the extensive aluminium product and service offering we believe is second to none. However, our customers will already know that we have by no means neglected our uPVC production as we continue to invest in the development of our profiles and collections. So our message to the trade is to come and talk to us if you have uPVC requirements.
On a personal note, this is my first major public outing as KAT’s managing director. I am proud of how far the business has come in the last 12 to 18 months and FIT is the ideal audience to express our goals to be the biggest and best supplier of all trade fenestration needs. I look forward to generating new conversations and catching up with our loyal design partners over the course of the show.
