General Description

Contemporary, secure aluminium entrance doors in 20 modern designs. All doors are made bespoke in sizes up to 1000mm wide x 2150mm high. Choose from six popular colours in either a matt or textured finish. Our front door are also available in dual colours, with a white matt finish inside and a choice of black or anthracite grey on the outside.

Glazing

Clear or obscured double glazed laminated glass to all designs which incorporate glazing.

Hardware

Round pullbar in brushed steel outside and a brushed steel lever handle inside as standard.
Round pullbar available in three lengths: 600mm, 1200mm or 1800mm long.
Lever handle available both inside and outside when combined with the Winkhaus 5 point locking system.
Letterplate and Spyhole available in a contemporary brushed steel finish.

Security

GU Automatic Slamshut Lock as standard. The moment your door is closed, the two spring-loaded locking bolts, plus the central latch shoot into place. The door can be opened internally simply by depressing the lever handle.

A Winkhaus 5 Point Lock is available which offers an additional layer of security when the door is fully locked. To comply with our PAS 24 accreditation, configure your door with this locking system and an external pullbar.

KAT’s Aluminium Entrance Doors are equipped with an elegant brushed steel round pullbar handle on the exterior, available in three lengths: 600mm, 1200mm, or 1800mm. The interior features a matching brushed steel lever handle. Alternatively, a brushed steel lever handle can be chosen for both the interior and exterior, complemented by our Winkhaus 5-point lock system.

Additionally, you have the option to enhance your door with a stylish letterbox or a Spyhole, allowing you to easily see who is at the door.

Safety & Security

The GU Automatic Slamshut Lock ensures complete security and peace of mind. As soon as the aluminium entrance door is closed, two spring-loaded locking bolts and a central latch engage automatically. The front door can be opened from the inside by pressing the lever handle, while entry from the outside requires a full turn of the key.

To meet our PAS 24 accreditation standards, you can opt to replace the GU Automatic Lock with the Winkhaus 5-Point Lock, paired with an external round pullbar available in three length options.
